1. Scope and categories

This notice supplements the Privacy Policy for residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws. Rights and disclosures may apply only if MyCleverly meets legal thresholds for the relevant state.

The categories we may collect include identifiers, account credentials, commercial information, payment and transaction information, internet or network activity, approximate geolocation, audio or video participation in live sessions if enabled, professional or education information, inferences, and sensitive information where required for security, payments, identity, or compliance.

2. Purposes and disclosures

We use personal information to provide accounts, process purchases, deliver learning content, personalize recommendations, operate MyCleverly AI, pay creators, prevent fraud, secure the platform, moderate content, provide support, analyze usage, market services, comply with law, and protect legal rights.

We disclose information to service providers, contractors, payment processors, cloud providers, AI providers, analytics providers, advertising partners where enabled, fraud vendors, creators, organizations, legal advisers, authorities, and parties involved in corporate transactions.

3. Sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and profiling

MyCleverly does not sell personal information for money. Depending on implemented advertising and analytics tools, certain disclosures involving cookies, pixels, or identifiers may be considered sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling under some state laws.

If such tools are enabled, MyCleverly should provide a clear privacy choices link, honor applicable opt-outs, and honor legally required browser-based signals such as Global Privacy Control where applicable.

4. U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to know or access personal information, receive a portable copy, delete personal information, correct inaccuracies, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, limit sensitive information use, and appeal a denied request.

Submit requests to support@mycleverly.com. We will verify requests using information associated with your account, transaction, device, or other reasonable verification methods. We may deny requests where the law allows.

5. Non-discrimination, agents, and appeals

MyCleverly will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. We may provide different features, prices, or service levels where reasonably related to the value of data or where privacy settings limit required functionality.

Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent. We may require proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly. If we deny a request and your state provides an appeal right, email support@mycleverly.com with the subject Privacy Appeal.
