1. Respect for intellectual property
MyCleverly respects copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, and other intellectual property rights. Users and creators must upload only content they own or are authorized to use.
Protected materials may include videos, ebooks, slides, images, logos, music, code, datasets, exam questions, certification materials, course structures, scripts, and downloadable files.
2. DMCA takedown notices
A copyright owner or authorized agent may send a DMCA notice to support@mycleverly.com. The notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material and its URL, provide contact information, include a good-faith statement, include a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and authorized, and include a physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may delay processing. Knowingly submitting false claims may create legal liability.
3. MyCleverly response and counter-notices
MyCleverly may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content, notify the uploader, request more information, terminate repeat infringers, or preserve records as required by law.
If your content was removed because of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was mistaken or misidentified, you may send a counter-notice to support@mycleverly.com with the required legal statements and signature.
4. Trademark complaints
Trademark owners may report confusing or unauthorized use of marks, logos, names, or branding by contacting support@mycleverly.com. Reports should include the trademark registration or rights claimed, jurisdiction, owner information, alleged misuse, URLs, and an explanation of confusion or harm.
MyCleverly may remove or restrict listings, thumbnails, course titles, usernames, or descriptions that mislead users about affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or source.
5. Repeat infringers
MyCleverly may terminate or restrict accounts of repeat infringers or users who repeatedly submit unlawful content, unauthorized exam materials, copied courses, pirated ebooks, or infringing downloads.
Creators should keep records of licenses for third-party materials and provide them upon request.
