1. Purpose of MyCleverly AI

MyCleverly AI is an educational assistant that may help users choose a course, understand a topic, summarize learning material, generate a study plan, prepare for a quiz, draft practice questions, or navigate the marketplace.

MyCleverly AI does not replace an instructor, lawyer, doctor, financial adviser, immigration adviser, mental health professional, certification authority, or official exam provider. AI outputs should be reviewed before you rely on them for important decisions.

AI availability, accuracy, supported languages, response speed, features, and model providers may change over time.

#

2. Prompts, files, and context

When you interact with MyCleverly AI, we may process the prompt you type, files you upload, course pages you are viewing, selected language, role, relevant learning progress, prior conversation context, feedback, and technical metadata.

Do not provide passwords, API keys, payment card numbers, government identifiers, private health information, confidential employer data, trade secrets, or personal data of another person unless you are authorized and the platform specifically asks.

AI conversations may be retained for a limited period to provide history, investigate abuse, debug errors, improve safety, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

#

3. Training and model improvement

The recommended MyCleverly production rule is that private learner prompts, private files, and private course interactions are not used to train public AI models unless the user clearly opts in, the data has been robustly de-identified, or another lawful basis and contract expressly permits it.

MyCleverly may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information to measure feature performance, improve safety, identify abuse patterns, and enhance the user experience.

If MyCleverly offers an AI improvement setting, the setting should be clear, easy to change, and honored prospectively as required by law.

#

4. AI providers and processors

MyCleverly may use third-party AI model providers, cloud infrastructure, vector databases, moderation tools, translation systems, transcription systems, and analytics tools to provide AI features.

Provider contracts should address confidentiality, security, subprocessors, retention, deletion, training restrictions, international transfers, incident notification, and compliance information.

#

5. Accuracy, bias, and human review

AI systems can generate inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, outdated, or fabricated information. They may misunderstand course context, user intent, laws, certification requirements, or technical details.

Users are responsible for verifying AI outputs before using them in exams, work, legal matters, medical matters, financial matters, security operations, immigration, compliance, or any other high-impact context.

Creators and instructors should review AI-generated course descriptions, quizzes, summaries, translations, marketing text, code, and explanations before publishing them.

#

6. Prohibited AI uses

You may not use MyCleverly AI to cheat on exams, impersonate someone, create false reviews, generate unlawful discrimination, harass others, exploit minors, create malware, perform phishing, steal credentials, bypass security controls, infringe intellectual property, or produce deceptive content.

You may not use AI outputs to misrepresent credentials, guarantee certification results, claim official endorsement, or provide regulated professional advice without appropriate qualifications and disclosures.

MyCleverly may block prompts, remove outputs, suspend accounts, limit AI access, or report activity where misuse, illegality, or safety risk is detected.

#

7. Ownership and intellectual property

As between you and MyCleverly, you retain rights to your lawful input content. Subject to our Terms, you may use AI outputs generated for you, but you are responsible for ensuring that your use does not violate law, third-party rights, academic rules, certification rules, or platform policies.

AI outputs may not be unique and similar outputs may be generated for other users. MyCleverly does not guarantee that AI outputs are copyrightable, non-infringing, accurate, or suitable for your intended purpose.
